Our team brings decades of combined experience and maintains key safety credentials, including OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 compliance. We are certified by major roofing manufacturers such as Versico, Holcim Elevate, American WeatherStar, and CertainTeed, allowing us to deliver high-quality systems backed by manufacturer warranties. Our work spans a range of roofing types, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt shingles, metal systems, and fluid-applied coatings.

Complete replacement of the existing roof with a new, high-performance Versico PVC roofing system for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Tampa International Airport Radar Facility Roof Restoration

Application of a new, high-performance American WeatherStar roof coating system on the airport's sensitive radar facility. The project scope also included interior repairs, consisting of new drywall installation and painting.

Vance Air Force Base Metal Roof Repairs

Repairs to approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of metal roofing to address existing deficiencies and extend the system's service life for the U.S. Air Force.

Harrisburg International Airport - FAA Offsite Facility Roof Installation

Installation of a new, white EPDM roofing system on an approximately 500 sq. ft. offsite facility for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located near the Harrisburg International Airport.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service - San Marcos Aquatic Center Roof Repairs

Work included targeted metal roof repairs for the USFWS. We replaced aged screws and vents, and as a cost-effective improvement, applied a high-performance coating to the roof's ridge to resolve identified performance issues without recoating the entire roof.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Lock and Dam 14 Roof Replacements

An in-progress project to replace the roofing on five separate structures. Work includes removing the existing EPDM systems and installing new Versico PVC roofing, totaling approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
